Du brennst dafür, Softwarelandschaften zu modernisieren und bestehende Legacy-Systeme in zukunftssichere, wartbare Lösungen zu verwandeln. Bei SQUER wirst du Teil unserer Software Transformation Unit – mit Fokus auf die Power Platform als zentrales Tool zur Transformation bestehender Microsoft-basierter Ökosysteme. Von der SharePoint-Modernisierung bis hin zu enterprise-tauglichen Power Apps – du übernimmst Verantwortung, prägst Projekte und lieferst Lösungen mit echtem Impact.

Deine Aufgaben

Technische Führung: Du verantwortest die technische Umsetzung von Projekten rund um .NET und Power Platform – und führst dein Team durch alle Phasen der Entwicklung.
Kollaboration mit Kund*innen: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kund*innen zusammen, übersetzt ihre Visionen in skalierbare Power-Platform-Strategien und -Anwendungen.
Software Engineering: Du entwickelst moderne, sichere und wartbare Lösungen auf Basis von Power Platform, .NET und Microsoft-Cloud-Technologien.
Architektur & Integration: Du triffst Architekturentscheidungen und integrierst Services wie M365, SharePoint Online, Azure und API-Gateways.
DevOps & Deployment: Du treibst Automatisierung und CI/CD-Prozesse für Power Platform Projekte voran – z. B. mit Azure DevOps.
Coaching & Kultur: Du unterstützt agile Teams, teilst Best Practices und gestaltest unsere lernorientierte Engineering-Kultur aktiv mit.

Deine Qualifikationen

Microsoft-Expertise: Fundiertes Know-how in Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Azure (inkl. EntraID), M365 und API-Gateways.
Power Platform Delivery: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Lösungen mit Power Apps und Power Automate – inklusive Lizenzstrategien und Deployment.
Architektur & Security: Sehr gutes Verständnis der Sicherheitskonzepte, Limitierungen und Architekturpatterns innerhalb der Power Platform.
.NET & Web-Entwicklung: Erfahrung mit C# und PowerShell; Kenntnisse in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
SharePoint Development: Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung individueller Lösungen innerhalb von SharePoint Online.
DevOps-Mindset: Erfahrung mit Azure DevOps und der Etablierung von Deployment-Prozessen für Power Platform Anwendungen.
Agile Zusammenarbeit: Du fühlst dich in agilen Umgebungen wohl und begleitest cross-funktionale Teams durch den gesamten Entwicklungszyklus.
Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst offen, klar und bist bereit, andere zu coachen und als technischer Sparring-Partner zu agieren.
Sprachen: Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.

You’re passionate about modernising software landscapes and turning legacy systems into future-proof, maintainable solutions. At SQUER, you’ll be part of our Software Transformation Unit, focusing on Power Platform as a key enabler in transforming existing Microsoft-based ecosystems. From SharePoint modernisation to enterprise-ready Power Apps – you lead, shape, and deliver impactful projects that make a real difference.

Your tasks

Technical Leadership: Own the technical delivery of .NET, as well as Power Platform-centric projects and lead your team across all development phases.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with customers to translate business vision into scalable Power Platform strategies and applications.
Software Engineering: Design and develop modern, secure, and maintainable solutions using Power Platform, .NET, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
Architecture & Integration: Make architectural decisions and implement integrations with M365, SharePoint Online, Azure services, and API gateways.
DevOps & Deployment: Drive automation and CI/CD processes for Power Platform using Azure DevOps and other deployment tooling.
Coaching & Culture: Support agile teams, share best practices, and contribute to a learning-driven engineering culture at SQUER.

Your qualifications

Microsoft Ecosystem Expertise: Robust understanding of Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Azure (including EntraID), M365 and API Gateways.
Power Platform Delivery: Proven experience implementing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate, including licensing strategies and deployment.
Architecture & Security: Strong knowledge of Power Platform security concepts, limitations, and architectural patterns.
.NET & Web Development: Solid experience with C# and PowerShell; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript.
SharePoint Development: Hands-on experience building custom solutions within SharePoint Online.
DevOps Mindset: Experience with Azure DevOps and implementing deployment processes for Power Platform applications.
Agile Collaboration: Comfortable working in agile environments and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Communication: Open and clear communicator, willing to coach others and act as a technical sparring partner.
Languages: Fluent in English and German
