Your tasks

Lead software development: Design and deliver high-impact, scalable, and maintainable software solutions that integrate seamlessly with modern ecosystems.
Shape architecture: Drive architectural decisions, leveraging cutting-edge patterns like event-driven communication, Micro Frontends, APIs, and data synchronization to align with client goals.
Set the bar for quality: Champion best practices in software craftsmanship, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability exceed industry standards.
Foster innovation: Introduce and implement new technologies, techniques, and infrastructure setups to drive innovation within projects and teams.
Collaborate with clients: Engage directly with clients to understand their vision, clarify technical requirements, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and inspire: Share your expertise with team members and clients, fostering a collaborative culture of learning and growth.
Team-driven solutions: Work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to end-to-end delivery and actively shaping SQUER with your knowledge and attitude.

Your qualifications

Profound Fullstack Expertise: Deep experience in frontend (Angular, React, Vue.js) and backend development (Spring Boot, Express, .NET).
Proficient in Key Languages: Strong skills in one or more languages in C#, the Java ecosystem (Java, Kotlin, Scala, Clojure), or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Solid Architectural Knowledge: Familiar with software architectures, the trade-offs behind each, and how they are applied to meet (non-)functional requirements.
Foundational Infrastructure Skills: Basic knowledge of containerization, Kubernetes, API gateways, and cloud environments.
Fluent in English: Proficient in both written and spoken English for effective communication with teams and partners. German is a plus.
